Cefuroxime Axetil is more effective to treat Gram-negative bacilli in comparison to first-generation drugs. This drug is used for the prevention and treatment of a number of bacterial infections. These infections include upper and lower respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, gonorrhoea and early Lyme disease. This drug is recommended to be used with a proper diet regularly.
