Welcome to Suprameds (suprameds.in), a licensed online pharmacy operated by Supracyn Private Limited. By accessing this website or mobile application, or by placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Suprameds is the online pharmacy of Supracyn Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and licensed to sell drugs by retail under Drug Licence No. TS/HYD/2021-82149 (Form 20 & Form 21), issued by the Drugs Control Administration, Government of Telangana. All medicines are dispensed under the supervision of our registered pharmacist, Mirza Askary Ali (B.Pharm, Reg. No. 031171/A1), in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Rules thereunder.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this website and place orders. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Prescription medicines

A valid medical prescription from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory for all prescription (Schedule H, H1, and other scheduled) medicines. You agree to upload a genuine, valid prescription against each applicable order. Our pharmacist will verify every prescription before the order is processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order where:

  • the prescription is invalid, illegible, expired, or appears altered;
  • the medicine, quantity, or dosage is inconsistent with the prescription;
  • the order falls outside the scope of our drug licence; or
  • we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse.

We do not dispense narcotic, psychotropic, or Schedule X substances. Uploading a forged or fraudulent prescription is a punishable offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Product information and pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, packaging may vary, and occasional errors may occur. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or discounts at any time before an order is confirmed. Discounts shown are against the manufacturer's Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after prescription verification (where applicable) and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline or limit any order at our discretion.

6. Delivery

We deliver across India through India Post Speed Post and other logistics partners, subject to serviceability of your pincode. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Certain pincodes may be non-serviceable.

7. Medical disclaimer

The content on this website — including health blogs, product descriptions, and general information — is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Supracyn Private Limited and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your personal and health data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not sell your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Acceptable use

You agree to use this platform lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

11. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supracyn Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.

We do our best to ensure your order is delivered correctly and in good condition. Because we dispense medicines, returns are governed by safety and regulatory requirements as set out below.

Reporting a problem

If you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order, please notify Suprameds Customer Support immediately, or within 10 working days of receiving the products. We are unable to accept liability for delivery issues reported after 10 working days.

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it — refuse delivery at your doorstep and inform us. Please check your order carefully on receipt.

When we accept returns

We are happy to accept a return if:

  • you received item(s) that do not match your order;
  • the item(s) were damaged in transit, or there was a shortage (such deliveries should be refused at the doorstep); or
  • the item(s) are due to expire within 3 months of delivery.

Replacement of a damaged item is subject to stock availability. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be returned in their original manufacturer's packaging, with labels and barcode intact.
  • Only fully unused, sealed strips/bottles can be returned.
  • The batch number on the returned product must match the sales invoice.
  • The original sales invoice must accompany the return.

What we cannot accept

For patient safety and under pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • partially used strips or opened bottles;
  • temperature-controlled or storage-sensitive products (vials, injections, vaccines, pen-fills, etc.);
  • products that have expired after purchase;
  • a second return request against the same product/order.

We are also unable to offer replacements or exchanges for: Injections, Health Monitors & Equipment, and Ortho Support. In addition, certain products are marked on their product pages as non-returnable; these cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, or while its status remains "Order Placed." Once an order is approved or marked "Shipped," please contact Customer Support at +91 76749 62758 for a cancellation request. If the request is received before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed. In such cases, the refund is made within 48–72 business hours of the cancellation request.

Refund policy

We are happy to issue a full refund where:

  • you received a defective item;
  • the item was lost or damaged in transit; or
  • the item was past its expiry date on delivery.

The mode of refund may vary by circumstance. For Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or cash payments, please allow 7–10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account; this timeline is governed by banking processes outside our control.
