This combination drug is an anti-inflammatory drug.

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug analog of ‘diclofenac’; while Paracetamol is also known as acetaminophen. Both of these drugs are under the group of ‘Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory drugs’ (NSAIDs).

Aceclofenac comes under the classification of ‘NSAIDs with good Anti-inflammatory action drugs’, under the sub-category of ‘Non-selective cox inhibitors’, and under the sub-division of ‘Phenylacetates’.

Paracetamol is under the classification of ‘NSAIDs with poor anti-inflammatory action dugs’, and under the sub-category of ‘Para Aminophenol’.        

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme, produced by non-pathogenic euterobacterium known as serratia unarcescens. This microorganism was isolated from silkworm and is a member of the ‘Peptidase M10B’ family.

Higher doses may to toxicity in the body including liver failure.
